I Charles Arnold of the parish of Nuneaton in the County of Warwick, Ribband Weaver, being of Sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding Do make publish and declare this my last Will and testament in the manner and form following. I Give and bequeth unto my nephew William Arnold Son of my Brother Robert deceased, the sum of three pounds and also my Loom, I Give and bequeth unto my Neice Lettice Harrison the sum of three pounds and also my Chest of Drawers; I Give and bequeth unto my Nephew Joseph Wheway the Sum of three pounds and also my Clock, I Give and bequeth unto my Nephew James Wheway the sum of three pounds and also Guthries Geography, I Give and bequeth unto my Neice Mary Arnold daughter of my Brother John the sum of three poundsand also ??'s life of Christ; Also I Give and devise and bequeth unto my Brother John Arnold All that? my House or Tenement wherin I now live together with my Garden and appurtinances and unto his Heirs ??? forever And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind and Quality soever the same may be, after payment of all my just debts, Legacies and funeral Expenses and the expenses of proving this last Will and Testament, I thereby Give and bequeth the same unto my said Brother John Arnold for his use and benefit And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said Brother John Arnold Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witness thereof I have Is this my last Will and Testament det and subscribed my hand and Seal the first day of July on the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Sixteen
