This and the following picture are the last twoever taken of Mary in Summer 1987. They were taken during a trip with the South Midlands William Morris Society to Owlpen Manor in Gloucestershire.

Mary near the village of Stoneleigh in 1979 before her disability had become apparant

8 years later at the Mountain Centre in Libanus, with the Brecon Beacons in the background

Two pictures taken over the following years in South Wales. The first at the Big Pit Coalmine which she descended in her wheelchair and the second near the Dolocauthi Gold mines

Here she is down a slate mine this time, in June 1992
